Pool Cabanas

Splash Into Summer Fun! Lounge in luxury in our 16 Cabanas! 

How to reserve your Cabana: 
1. Make reservations through the receptionist desk of the Main Clubhouse, via phone, at 972-243-6151, by email, or in person.
2. Reservations are taken seven days, or less, in advance.
3. Reservations are accepted on a space available basis.
4. All Members and guests are required to register at the Pool Desk upon arrival.
5. Guest fees apply to guests accompanying Members. Guest fees are charged to the Member account.
6. The Member’s account will be charged full rental amount for a no-show.
7. Reservations should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
8. A Member can rent no more than two cabanas at a time.
9. Cabana fees are charged to the Member making the reservation.
10. Members are allowed to reserve under their own member number, cannot reserve for another member.

Cabana Rental Fees:

Tuesday through Friday  - Half Day Rentals Available 10am-2:30pm or 3:30-8pm 

Half day rentals / $25 per cabana.  Full day rentals / $50 per cabana. No Food & Beverage Minimums

 Saturday and Sunday  - Full day rentals ONLY. 10am-8pm $100 with $75 Food & Beverage Minimum per Cabana

Holiday Cabana Rentals:

Holidays consist of Saturday, Sunday and Monday.  Full Day Rentals ONLY  $150 with $100 Food & Beverage Minimum per Cabana

Pool Parties:  Groups of more than 10 people must be booked through our Private Events Department. Pool parties are reserved for the Pool Party Tent.  Groups of 10 and under can reserve cabanas through the Front Desk at The Main Clubhouse, following the 7 day in advance or less reservation restriction.

*Please Note a cancellation policy is in affect for Cabana reservations. Please be sure to call the Club at 972-243-6151 to cancel before your rental start time to avoid a "no show" fee of the full rental price.
