Sneak Peek of the Menu: Passed Hors d’Oeuvres 1st Plate (Chardonnay) - Diver Scallop Crudo: Fresh, tender scallops served raw for a melt-in-your-mouth experience. Paired with a fennel salad for a crisp contrast and an orange vanilla curry emulsion to add a touch of sweetness and spice. 2nd Plate (Pinot) - Hawaiian Mero Sea Bass: A succulent, buttery fish with a delicate texture, perfectly complemented by radicchio’s slight bitterness.
