Valentine's Day Dinner Live Music Performance by Cashmere Williams Friday, February 14 | 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm Show your love this valentine’s Day with a romantic candlelight dinner and views overlooking the birmingham skyline. Dance the night away with our musical guest, chasmere williams, and enjoy a romantic dinner for two prepared by executive chef alan and his culinary team! First course Baked Oyster, Creamy Spinach, Smoked Bacon, Pernod, Buttery Breadcrumbs, Duck Confit, Apricot Mostarda, Brioche Toast Second course Lobster Bisque maine lobster, mirepoix, sherry cream, tarragon or Organic Mixed Lettuce red wine poached pears, toasted walnuts, local goat cheese Third course Grilled 8 oz. Filet Mignon dauphinoise potatoes, broccolini, shallots, brandy-peppercorn sauce or Pan Seared Gulf Grouper saffron risotto, little green beans, lump crabmeat, champagne butter Fourth Course Warm Chocolate Molten Cake cappuccino ice cream, candied pecans, salted caramel Reservations are required for this event. The club will be closed on Monday, February 17 to observe President's Day. The club will re-open on Tuesday, February 18 from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
