The Spire Collection is the pinnacle of the Jackson Family Wines portfolio, representing four decades of investment in the vineyards, people, and places that craft these unforgettable wines. The dinner will include six delectable courses paired with wines that reside on the best restaurant lists and cellars in the world. Located on Preston’s Patio, the dinner will feature a level 3 sommelier presenter and an interactive culinary experience from Executive Chef Luis Garcia.
