A Tenant Exchange Membership allows Members to access all of the Club’s dining and social facilities, subject to availability. A Tenant Exchange Membership includes a monthly credit equal to the amount of the Monthly Dues, excluding applicable taxes, actually paid the previous calendar month (“Exchange Credit”). I may use the Exchange Credit toward food and beverage purchases and member event charges (excluding service charges and applicable taxes) at the Club.
