2024 Charity Classic A golf tournament making a difference in the lives of others. Monday, October 14th 11:30 A.M. Registration Opens 1:00 P.M. Shotgun Start This year's annual Charity Classic Golf Tournament benefits the FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER of SONOMA COUNTY, and the Employee Care Foundation. The Family Justice Center's mission is to provide comprehensive services, including legal aid, education and empowerment programs to victims of family violence. Through an interagency collaboration, FJC ensures victims receive the support they need to rebuild their lives, protect the vulnerable and restore hope. GOLF TOURNAMENT 18 Hole Four-Player Team Scramble Golf Play: 1:00 p.m. - (approximately) 5:00 p.m. 144 Players LUNCH Lunch will be provided by Chick-Fil-A and is included in the cost of the event. Core Yoga with Judith

Core Yoga uses flowing movement, combining asanas which directly and indirectly challenge the core, helping to improve abdominal strength, stability, and balance. Flow Yoga with Judith

What kind of yoga is Vinyasa flow? Flow yoga strings poses together to make a sequence. Vinyasa yoga is called "flow" because of the smooth way the poses run together. This Yoga Class encompasses smooth stretches with strength-building sequences for Yogi's. It is important to provide a safe supportive environment inside the class where each participant finds their edge for expansion. While using the breath and focusing the mind, students will stretch their bodies and explore personal boundaries through specific poses. Please register in advance for in person classes!

Join Lani for his HIIT body burn class. This class incorporates mixing strength training exercises with cardio high intensity exercises to burn those calories and gain muscle simultaneously. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. 2024 Charity Classic A golf tournament making a difference in the lives of others. Monday, October 14th 11:30 A.M. Registration Opens 1:00 P.M. Shotgun Start This year's annual Charity Classic Golf Tournament benefits the FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER of SONOMA COUNTY, and the Employee Care Foundation. The Family Justice Center's mission is to provide comprehensive services, including legal aid, education and empowerment programs to victims of family violence. Through an interagency collaboration, FJC ensures victims receive the support they need to rebuild their lives, protect the vulnerable and restore hope.
