Mindful Morning Yoga Meditation

Yoga is now INSIDE!!!! Each class is $5 per person Awaken your mind, body and soul with a morning yoga class. Our beginner-friendly flow blends breath, movement and mindfulness in a small group setting. Visual guidance will be given to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. All levels and abilities are invited to participate! Our time together will help you unwind and step back into the flow of life with a renewed spirit. We look forward to welcoming you. As a Courtesy: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to settle in. Kindly silence electronics. Yoga mats can be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
