Cheers for a Cause Broadway Dallas Tuesday, September 17th | 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Mix and mingle with colleagues, friends and Broadway Dallas supporters while enjoying a panoramic view of the Dallas skyline, light appetizers, and drinks and celebrating North Texas Giving Day. All event proceeds support Broadway Dallas’ Education Programs - On Stage, In Classrooms, and Throughout the Community. Specifically, this year the cost of your event ticket will support Broadway Dallas' Give A Kid A Seat campaign. Through our Give A Kid A Seat campaign, each year, Broadway Dallas provides thousands of promise-filled youth from underserved communities in North Texas free and subsidized tickets, to attend Broadway shows. As a presenting organization, Broadway Dallas must purchase each ticket distributed from the producers of the Broadway shows and there is more community need than Broadway Dallas' current budget can support. Through your gift to North Texas Giving Day, you will be providing access to these kids and helping Broadway Dallas build a better, greater Dallas through the performing arts. Over the course of just one performance, young audiences experience joy, wonder, compassion, empathy, hope, surprise, and excitement. Give A Kid A Seat is your opportunity to give a kid an adventure, a new perspective, and a place to dream.
