Be front and center for Norfolk's premiere holiday event - the 38th Annual Grand Illumination Parade! Watch the cities come alive from the best view in town. Dine on a magnificent smorgasbord and experience the magic of marching bands, giant balloons, floats, and festivities with family and friends. It's truly the most wonderful time of year.
