September Wine Chat September 28th | 6pm-8pm Speaker: Sean McEnroe Advanced Sommelier Beverage Manager at Matsuhisa Denver Bio: Sean grew up on a family organic farm in New York, which his brothers still run today. He went to hospitality school at Cornell and worked in NYC before relocating to Colorado, settling in with some high-end restaurants in both Vail and Denver. He's currently the Somm and beverage manager for Matsuhisa Denver, a world-renown Japanese and sushi restaurant, part of the Nobu family. He's passionate about food, wine, and Sake, and sharing that knowledge with anyone who will listen.
