About Sharon
My roots stem from Chicago's vibrant Beverly area, I currently reside in Arlington Heights. I've built a career founded on my unwavering passion for hospitality. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Kendall College with a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, I've navigated roles in both front and back of the house, finding fulfillment in culinary creation and management alike. As the former Senior Director of Operations at Carnivale and a resort service trainer with Hostmark Hospitality, I've honed my leadership skills and commitment to excellence. Now, as part of the team at Ravinia Green, I am dedicated to delivering unparalleled service and culinary experiences, striving to exceed expectations and create lasting memories for our members and their guests.

About Chris
Chris grew up on the Northshore of Chicago, and attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. He’s had a storied career, working in the MarCom, Retail, Golf Ops. spaces – most notably with McDonald’s where he helped create and produce Happy Meal toys for McDonald’s.
Chris has been part of the Ravinia Green management team for over 5 years now, striving to create new member acquisition strategies while leveraging the strength of current member referrals, social media, community networking, and Club open house events.
Chris lives in Glenview with his wife Lisa, and kids Chase, Joe, and Analiese. He enjoys golf, running, and traveling with his wife and family.

About Christian
Christian was born in Florida and attended Chapman University in Orange, CA, where he studied psychology. In 2019, he started his career with Invited Clubs in Franklin, TN as the Service Supervisor at Temple Hills Country Club. Christian has since held positions in Banquet Management, Event Coordination, Event Sales Director for Fair Oaks Ranch Country Club in San Antonio, Texas and most recently moved to Ravinia Green Country Club in the role of Event Sales Director. With a background in club dining, banquet execution and event/tournament planning, he understands hospitality and service from multiple perspectives. Christian has received recognition for his performance in Event Sales, his attention to detail & dedication to client and member satisfaction. Christian enjoys spending time with his partner, traveling, trying new recipes, and New Wave music.
