THE OWNERS CLUB® AND CLUBHOUSE HOURS OF OPERATION 

Daily 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY FOR CLUB HOME 

The first three bedroom Club Home layout has a maximum occupancy of eight adults and includes bedrooms with one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds. The second three bedroom Club Home layout has a maximum occupancy of ten adults and includes bedrooms with two queen beds, two queen beds and two twin beds. 

NON-SMOKING POLICY 

Smoking is prohibited in Club Homes, Clubhouse, and Pool Area. Smoking is permitted on porch of home.

PET POLICY 

Except for service animals, no pets are allowed on The Owners Club® property or within Club Home. Documentation required prior to arrival. Call club for documentation.

INTERNET ACCESS 

All club homes have high speed wireless internet connections. Also, a computer workstation and wireless internet is available in the Clubhouse. 

HOUSEKEEPING HOURS OF OPERATION 

Housekeeping fees for your visit are mandatory. Unless otherwise instructed, the fees will be charged to the credit card you supply at registration.

15-27 nights	1 Final Service and 1 Midweek Service	$210.00/$190.00

All housekeeping services are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Rates subject to change without notice. 

Motor Vehicles, Trailers, Boats, Motorcycles

Indigo Run Restrictive Covenants prohibit parking of Recreational Motor Vehicles, Trailers, Boats, Motorcycles, etc. on Indigo Run property including The Owners Club.
