  • Yes. Despite “scholarship” no longer being at the forefront of our name, we are proud to say that our initiation fees will continue to fund scholarships for University of Utah students.

  • It is our pleasure to welcome faculty and staff of the university as members and we offer membership options for them at significant savings, which can be found online. We invite our faculty and staff members to join us for department social hours in our restaurant lounge space on Thursdays and Fridays from 3 to 6 p.m. for our “Appy Hour” which includes complimentary community-style appetizers and for our hospitality breakfast station Monday through Friday at 7:30-10:00 a.m. Start and end your day at the Club.

  • There is no minimum food purchase for your membership. Private events held at the Club will incur a food and beverage minimum dependent on the date, size, and venue space selected. Contact our Private Events Team for more details.

  • Your department is welcome to purchase a membership for you to be used for university business with funding sources that are not state appropriated. Prospective Members can apply here or contact our Membership Team. The Club now offers a department membership, where five members from the department can be on one membership, held and operated by the department. If departments are interested in adding more than five, work with the Membership Director to secure additional spots.   • We can host all kinds of business and social events and Club Members pay no booking fees to use our facilities. Nonmembers are welcome to book as well. Contact our Private Events Team to begin planning.

  • Membership provides access to all the things that make our Club great – incredible views, a wealth of business and social amenities, co-workspaces overlooking the field, daily dining, the best social events, and no booking fees for meeting facilities.  We also offer fun game-day parties such as a tailgate, pregame pep rally, and watch parties for all away games.

  • The Ken Garff University Club is unlike any other local club. We provide a one-of-a-kind space with inspiring views inside Rice-Eccles Stadium that is conducive to getting work done, networking and connecting with other members.

     

    Beyond the amenities, it’s the intangibles that complete the experience – extraordinary events, the sense of belonging, the way the staff anticipates not only your needs but also your wants, and the way other members welcome your presence, not to mention the enduring friendships that are established along the way.

  • The contract the university has with the Ken Garff University Club is exclusive to the incredible restaurant and special event space available in the award-winning south building at Rice-Eccles Stadium. The Ken Garff University Club is part of a network of successful clubs at institutions of higher education and golf resorts around the country. From a world-class culinary team and exceptional customer service to brand-new state-of-the-art facilities and full-service AV capabilities, the KGUC team is here to make your event one that your guests talk about for years to come.

  • Catch our most exciting membership drive open house of the year as we kick off the football season with our “Last Call Before Football” event on Friday, August 25. Enjoy special joining offers, such as initiation fees at $50, our lowest amount of the year, when you enroll as a new member at this annual event. Learn more and RSVP here.
