Benefits Finder

Benefits can be added for clubs by adding them to the associated Club Home Page, and for Alliance clubs by using the Alliance Club page type.

The individual benefits that appear as results on the Benefits Finder page can be added to the Club Home pages under the Club tab, but the options related to benefits (Club Community, Tier, Category) can all be added to the corresponding dropdowns using the corresponding properties on the Global Settings page.

Benefits Finder Page - this page type displays search results for benefits
Global Settings Page - use this page to add Tiers, Communities, Category Options, define the Benefits Finder Results Page and Member Login page, and global default images for golf & dining benefits
Club Home Page - use this page to add Golf and Dining benefits for an owned club, the default images for each type, club tier, etc.
Alliance Benefits List Page - all Alliance Club Pages should be added under this page in the page tree
Alliance Club Page - use this page to define Golf and/or Dining benefits for an alliance club, as well as the address, location, tier data, etc. for the alliance club

Benefits Finder Page

Property	Configuration
Title	Enter a text value to display in a large font at the top of the page.
Subtitle	Enter a text value to display beneath the Title at the top of the page.
Body	Enter text into the textarea to display beneath the Title and Subtitle at the top of the page.
Login Link Text	Enter a text value for the text that should show on the link that will take users to an external site to login and view their benefits. This will appear in the top right of the search and filter bar on this page. The link itself is configurable as the login link on the Global Links tab of the Global Settings page.
Legal Text	Enter text into the textarea to display in a small font at the bottom of the search results.
No Results Title	Enter a text value to display in a large font at the top of the page if no results matching the applied filters are found.
No Results Subtitle	Enter a text value to display beneath the Title at the top of the page if no results matching the applied filters are found.
No Results Message	Enter text into the textarea to display beneath the Title and Subtitle at the top of the page if no results matching the applied filters are found.
Schedule Tee Time Link*	Add a link to the page users will be taken to when they choose to schedule a tee time when viewing benefit details. Benefit details no longer exist, so this is no longer used.
Benefit Inquiry Form Page	Add a page reference to the page that will be used for the Benefit Inquiry form.

Global Settings Page - BenefitsFinder Tab

Configuration settings available on the BenefitsFinder tab of the Global Settings page.

Tiers	Add Value Item (Without Icon) block references to the content area	Items configured here will display as options on the Club Tier dropdown on the Club Home page and on Alliance Club pages.
Communities	Add Value Item (Without Icon) block references to the content area	Items configured here will display as options on the Communities dropdown on the Club Home page and on Alliance Club pages
Category Options	Add Value Item (Without Icon) block references to the content area	Items configured here will display as options for Category Options on Alliance Club pages. These options do not currently affect search results.
Benefits Finder Results Page	Add a Page Reference	Used to direct the Benefits Finder Search Bar to the results page
Default Golf Benefits Images	Add Image content references	A selection of images used as defaults for any benefits or clubs that do not have defaults configured. An image will be randomly selected from those added here.
Default Dining Benefits Images	Add Image content references	A selection of images used as defaults for any benefits or clubs that do not have defaults configured. An image will be randomly selected from those added here.
Member Login Page (Links Tab)	Add a link to the MembersFirst login page. This link will also be used for any Login shortcut links added to the aux nav.

Club Home Page - Club Tab

Configuration settings available on the Club tab of the Club Home Page. Note: if no benefits are added, this club will not display in Benefits Finder search results.

Default Golf Benefits Image	Add an image content reference. If a value is added here, it will show for any benefits of this type for this club. If no image is added, one of the globally configured images for this benefit type will show.

Alliance Club Page - Content Tab

Configuration settings available on the Content tab of the Alliance Club page

Property	Configuration	Validation
Display Name	The name of the club to display in benefits search results.
Tier	The club tier for determining which color to show on the club, and how it will be filtered if filters are applied to the search. These are the options configured in the Tiers property of the Global Settings Page (see above).
Property Type	Choose an option from the dropdown to determine which property type icon will be used for this club, and how it will be filtered if filters are applied: Golf & Country Club, Stadium Club, City Club, or Other.
Entity Number	The backend integration Entity Number for this club.
Alliance ID	The backend integration Alliance ID number for this club. Used when importing content via related scheduled jobs.
Community	The Community for the club.
Is Active	Checkbox to mark the club as active or inactive.
Category	The category for the club.

Benefits Finder Search Bar

The benefits finder search bar is a block type that can be added the main content area of a page. It has no configurable properties, but the Benefits Finder Results Page property on the Global Settings Page must have a value of the Benefits Finder page for it to work properly.
